How do I restore my Unlimited purchase?
Open PuzzleBuzz, tap "Start Challenge", and if the daily limit appears, tap "Unlock Unlimited" → "Restore Purchases". Your purchase will be restored at no charge.
Why can I only play 20 puzzles today?
The free version includes 20 puzzles per day. You can watch a short ad to earn 10 more, or unlock Unlimited access for a one-time $2.99 purchase. The Daily Challenge is always free and doesn't count toward your limit.
The Daily Challenge resets but I already completed it — is that normal?
Yes. The Daily Challenge refreshes every day at midnight with 5 brand-new puzzles. Yesterday's challenge will no longer be available.
My streak disappeared — what happened?
In-game streaks reset at the start of each new puzzle session. Your best streak for each session is saved and shown on the Results screen.
I found a puzzle with an incorrect answer — how do I report it?
Email us at tshiwakoti@outlook.com with the puzzle description and we'll fix it in the next update.
How do push notifications work?
If you opt in during onboarding, PuzzleBuzz sends one daily reminder at 9am when your fresh puzzles are ready. You can turn this off anytime in iPhone Settings → Notifications → PuzzleBuzz.

Nothing. PuzzleBuzz does not collect any personal information. All game data — your scores, streaks, achievements, and puzzle progress — is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.
We do not sell, trade, or share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data to share.
PuzzleBuzz is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children or anyone else.
If we ever update this policy, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
